To prevent Parkinson's disease, read a lot of books and join communities, to stimulate your brain.Besides, drink one cup of coffee each day, or two cups of green tea everyday to boost caffeine substance in the blood.
Brain consists of cells interconnected to each other. In reality, imagine a brain is like a city full of houses. One house is like one cell in the brain. Each house must have cables connected to the electricity poles, which will connect to the main power source. Then, you can have electricity at home.
Electricity in real life is like battery. You need to recharge that battery so it can function properly.
If you see the above brain picture, the lines represent your memory. When you access that memory often, the line is getting stronger, and you'll remember it more. When you don't access that memory, the line is getting weaker, and with time, you'll forget.
An example case, is when there's an exam tomorrow. You'll try to remember, memorise all your notes. That's when you create a line. That line is getting stronger and stronger when you finally remember the notes. After the exam, especially after you graduate, you rarely access that memory, the lines are getting weaker, and you lose some or all of your memorisation you learnt at school.
If you read books, socialise more, your brain will maintain the memory lines of common words, your family names, including reflex on how to perform daily activities. The chance of survival may increase.
Research shows that the blood of a person with Parkinson disease is missing caffeine. It's still early to say that caffeine (cigarette, tea, coffee, etc) can cure Parkinson, so it's best to limit to one to two cups each day.
Caffeine is a type of drug.
It can also result to addiction.
I'd refrain from any addiction.
