I suggest to wipe your ni..les during shower. Massage them to check if there's any hard lumps, which may lead to tumour cells / cancer cells.
Clean the tip of your niles from any dirt / sweat residues. Sometimes you didn't realise the milk is leaking from your breasts and it dried up to form dirt.
You can see a super duper tiny hole in your niles if you have a clean niles. Some people can't see the holes but they're also clean nonetheless. Don't force the holes to show up, just clean them gently.
This is what I believe to be one of the ways to prevent getting breast cancer. Preventing is always a better and easier way to do, rather than healing a wound.
