64. Have You Ever Excreted Phlegm In Your Life? Nevermind, Maybe We're Just Too Healthy?

I often met people who breathe in phlegm. Couldn't stand it, I often puke.

What is phlegm? Well, I don't wanna know. It's just so disgusting, so slimy, and sticky. Some people said that it's fine because the mucus won't stay that long in our body. We will excrete them along with other body waste.

Are you sure? Remember that phlegm is sticky it might get stuck on the wall of your organ somewhere, failing to come out. What to do then? Would you risk it, or would you rather take just one simple step, one, to push all phlegm out before it got the chance to enter your body?

Also, DRINK!
A lotta water
You must

63. Get Used to Eating Healthy, Be Happy Sincerely, Have Fun Forever More

Let me say this one more time:
Sleeping gives a chance for your body to regenerate new cells.

You are what you eat. If you eat oily food, sugary food, salty food, unhealthy food, what happens to your new cells? The ingredients aren't healthy anymore. You are the cause of what your body has become. This is like karma, the rule of cause and effect.

Think about it.
Don't forget to subscribe to this blog for daily digest :)
It's down there on the right, just after the TOC ;)

62. Understanding Sweat

There's a certain amount of salt in our sweat. Sweat consists of excessive water and excessive salt the body doesn't want. If we eat too much salt, the first thing you would experience is, sweating.

If you drink too much, your body feels it has enough water to get by, you'll sweat. If you eat too much salt in your food, you'll sweat. If your body is processing something out of the ordinary, you'll sweat.

Watch when you're exercising. You'll sweat because you're doing something to your muscles. You force the muscles in your body to stretch, to work harder than what you normally do.

If you feel afraid, you feel worried, you perform thinking process more than you normally do (read: stressed out), you'll sweat. It's normal. It's like when you put in fruits in the juicer, the juicer will create juice you can drink, and the waste (skins, leftover fruit meat you don't wanna consume) to throw away.

Now, if your body has excessive salt, but not enough water, it cannot remove the salt, and the salt remains there in your bloodstream. That's when you get high blood pressure.

Some people have smarter body, who'd produce salt of their own. It's a genetic disease that causes a person to sweat more than normal people. These people couldn't stand heat, they might be very thin, and have a thick shin. They might also have big eyes.

Consult your physician on how to deal with self-generating salt organ, because physicians might ask you to perform surgery to remove that abnormal thyroid gland (in your neck). I don't mean to approve surgery. It's just out of the question in my family.

61. A Good Time for Sunbathing Is 8 AM For 30 Minutes For 2 Years

Exposing your skin under the sun causes the skin to become hot and expanded. The same thing happens when you heat water on the stove, the water will become hot and boiling (expanded).

If you keep doing it for years, your skin gets more and more expanded and becomes too large for your face. Hence, the wrinkly face, just like the above picture, the woman on the right.

Furthermore, the melanin would also react with your sweat, and expanded to become a three-dimensional melanin. Its characteristic of absorbing light easily and its ability to adapt to sunlight radiation become your body shield against skin cancer. Unfortunately, melanin cannot prevent your skin from getting darker. It's best to use sunblock to help melanin do the work.

Don't forget the 80% rule of your body too. If your melanin couldn't stand it anymore, it only has 20% energy left to hold the sun radiation on your skin, you'll experience symptoms of skin cancer. By that time, it's too late because your condition is already called cancer.

I tend to love my skin colour. I won't do anything about it unless preserving my skin colour. It's a unique gift from God. If you accept it, and try to compliment your skin colour with a matching clothes, etc, you'll look fabulous all the same.

I believe that's the true beauty, because you are confident, and happy with yourself.
