86. How to Always Cook Delicious

Cooking a meal is an art. It's not always about whether it tastes delicious. Even if the meal doesn't taste that good, but if it looks pretty, everybody wants to try. Then, maybe they'll get disappointed and never touch the food again, but in the end, there's no leftover thanks to the power of crowd. A lot of people help to finish the food together.

It's still great if you can cook delicious meal, because then everybody wants more and you'll end up cooking some more.

I've always tried to at least have a matching cut. For example when I make chicken soup, I would cut the potatoes in pyramid shape and carrots in flower shape. At least the children loves to eat flowers and pyramids.

One other trick is to have a uniform cut. For example, you can cut all ingredients of different matching colours into small cubes and then you'd have what I call rainbow meal.

85. Fridge is Dangerous

The fridge freezes everything. Have you tried putting food -- any fruits or vegetables in the fridge and let them stay there for a month?

You can't prevent food from going bad with refrigerator. You can only slow down its process. It's best not to use refrigerator entirely so you'll eat everything fresh from the market. Your body will then get more nutrition too, because healthy food is best served immediately before losing some of its great value.

Consider warm water, which would serve you best when it's warm. It won't have the same benefit when served cold after several minutes.

83. Neck Massage #3 (Finish)

Massage both sides of the neck with your hand's PIP joints. If the 100 strokes rule seems quite hard to follow, you can try to use five minutes rule. Massage the area for five minutes and see how you feel better. If you think you need more, try to add five more minutes.

Pay attention to how the massage makes you feel better, because otherwise, you might be doing it wrongly and you should halt the massage to find the right area.
