67. First Aid to Heart Attack

Heart is located at the left side of our body (a bit to the left). Consequently, if you have heart disease, you are advised not to sleep on the left side.


During times when a person experiences a heart attack, bend your hand's four fingers inward at 45 degrees, to make a small bowl out of your hand. Hit the patient's left elbow pit with your bowl hand hard, repeatedly.

The main vein on the left hand's elbow pit contributes the most blood supply to the heart. Hitting this part, may help save the patient.
