38. How to Educate Children Based on Their Age

0-5 years old
Define a rule, the children must follow without questions.

6 - 13 years old
Tell them to do something with a reason why they have to do it.

13 - 17 years old Teach them how to achieve something in whatever they do.

18 years old and above Parents' role is like a consultant who educates, supports and directs the children to the right goal.

The most important thing is: Parents must lead by example.

Example:
When parents smoke, children will most likely to also smoke. If you want your children to live healthy, parents ought to quit smoking and live a healthy life.

37. Uric Acid - Explained

Gout / uric acid is crystalised urine.

When gout is present in your kidney, it becomes kidney stones; you can easily perform a surgery to take them out (or use natural treatment explained here); but what if it exists in other parts of our body?

  

We pee dissolved gout, so imagine when you hold your pee and the pee gets hardened inside? Therefore, don't be afraid of drinking water; drink all you want and pee all you want.

Now, what if you get too much uric acid it won't come out as pee? It gets crystallised overtime (read: it becomes gout) and the doctors must perform treatments for you. Oh, that shooting pain you have to endure if you don't get treated...

  

What causes uric acid to pile up? A lot of sugars consumption. You know how sugars caramelised, that's exactly the same with gout. You pour hot water, it dissolves for a while before it becomes crystal again. Drinking a lot of water doesn't help that much, because that gout doesn't dissolve in water (be it cold water or hot water).

That is why, before it is too late, drink a lot of water after every sugar consumption. I normally use 1:6 ratio, one glass of syrup to 6 glasses of mineral water.

Another possible reason uric acid can pile up is when you perform extreme diet. When you are hungry, the body decides to let go its stock of sugars, so you can still perform activities normally. So diet away, but also, drink a lot of water to stay healthy. [Diet reference here]
