As we live our life, we go up the stairs, we run, we carry heavy things, we exercise, we do a lot of things that are related to using our muscles, our energies, our joints.
As we grow older, our joints may get thinner and weaker too. Some people suffer from joint pains because the joint muscles get so thin that bones touch one another when they move.
Now, what is muscle? What generates muscle? Can we help it?
Think of muscles as the shank.
Muscle is formed when carbohydrate marries fat. The carbohydrates release some chemicals to the fats, and at the same time, receive some chemicals from the fats, that they become one, called muscles.
Carbohydrate comes from cereals, rice, potatoes, sugarcane, fruits, bread, milk, etc.
On the other hand, there are two different types of fats: Solid fats (low density, so it can easily turn to other forms in different temperature), and Liquid fats (high density, so it won't easily turn to other forms in different temperature).
Try to place olive oil in room temperature; it won't solidify, which means it is good for you. Now, try to place coconut oil in room temperature; it's solid, which means it's bad fat. [Reference: here]
Solid fat can harden inside your body, preventing blood circulation, which can cause coronary heart disease overtime.
