81. Neck Massage #1

Massage the centre of your neck from top to bottom using your hand's PIP joint. The starting position should be around three centimetres up from where your hair grows. Then you can continue down the waist along the line of your spinal cord.

If there's a sign of redness on the skin, continue the massage until the red part doesn't go redder. The red colour indicates that the blood's flowing rapidly, cleaning dirt away from your veins on that part.

If you have a cold, or doesn't feel good because of cold symptoms, your skin might turn red if you massage the right part. Otherwise, it's also a good treatment for those of you who have headache. Don't forget to use massaging oil to prevent skin irritation due to friction between your hand and your neck (and / or back).

Stay tuned to find out more strokes to massage your neck.
