90. How to Live Properly

Keeping your biological clock steady with discipline is an important factor to a healthy life.

Things to keep track:
  • Time you wake up every morning
  • Time you eat breakfast, snack, lunch, tea and dinner
  • Time you sleep at night
I always wake up at 5 in the morning. I don't eat snacks, breakfast at 6 AM, lunch at 12 PM, and dinner at 5PM. Then, I sleep at 9 PM to get an 8-hours sleep.

If you break your routine, like skipping your meal, or not eating at the same time everyday, your ulcer will be confused as to release chemicals to help digest your food, or not. Overtime, you'll experience irritation on your ulcer and feel gastric pains.

If you don't get enough sleep, your body cannot freshen up. Dead skin cells are still there lying around creating all sorts of problems like acne all over your body, fall ill more often because of dramatic decrease in your immune system, etc.

Find your own balance and don't forget to set aside 8 hours a day to sleep. Also, try to keep it up with discipline.
