- Sitting down, just after your ankle bone, before your heel, there should be a muscle you can massage for 100 stroke counts.
- Still sitting down, massage the joints that connect the calf and foot, especially the area near your ankle. Do this for 100 stroke counts.
- Also sitting down, massage foot bridge in circular motion for 100 stroke counts, especially the area near the calf-foot joints.
These strokes are helpful even if you don't feel that tired. I suggest to refrain from doing massage on these areas if you're not that tired.
That's because when you often put pressure on your veins, they could get bigger overtime and it's not very pretty. Surely, this can take about twenty years or so to show if you consistently massage this area (around three times a day, everyday).
On the long run, if you press so hard every time you massage these areas (or any areas for that matter), the vein membrane could get thinner (need around fifty years or so for this to happen). Moreover, it's irreversible if the veins are broken (one in every eighty years or so).
If you manage to get all veins broken, you won't feel anything anymore. I'm not sure if you can walk, maybe depending on the severity of the damage.

Don't get too addicted, and follow on to finish all massage areas to get better after a long day standing.
