17. The Power of Sleep

During the day, you do your activities.
The body is busy catering your needs, to release as much energy as you need to move and stay awake.

If you exercise, you stretch your muscles, and sometimes they were ripped apart (hence, the muscle pain after you do heavy physical exercise, especially for the first time)

Sleeping helps to cure the pain. Why? Because during your sleep, the body does not have much to do, so it began to declutter; ridding all the broken cells, and generate new ones to replace dead cells.

That is why, after heavy exercise, sometimes you feel sleepy. It is a body reaction to time out, so it can replace all broken cells first, before you continue the day.
