Feeling warm and sweaty during summer is normal. We can easily turn on air conditioner to cool down. However, we can also choose not to turn on the AC. Get out more to help your body adjust to the temperature.


Don't be afraid to go out and feel that warm breeze, and give a chance for your body to adjust to the temperature. We are living creature, we evolve, we grow and we adapt to changes. Surely, in extreme cases, like having to quickly adjust to winter when you come from tropical country is impossible. You might need more time, like 2 years to adjust to snow.
